It not only is a functional piece but it shows off the stunning Burr Poplar to its full potential. It creates a 3 dimensional look unseen in the vast majority of furniture.
The back lighting not only works with the photographed wood, virtually any wood is able to be back lit. The combinations are endless. Birds-eye Maple with Cherry framework would be beautiful and Golden madrone with a crisp white Sycamore frame would be just stunning.
